More Shorts

Here is one more pair of shorts I made for Anna. These are made from an old chambray tunic I had. I did a nice loose fit with elastic at the waist and leg openings, and some big patch pockets on the back. The top is made from an old tank top of mine. It just has seams on the top of the shoulders and self-fabric ribbing at the neckline. Simple, comfortable clothes are the ones that get worn the most around here!

Also, did you hear that I made it to the top three in Sew-vivor!?!?! Thank you so much for your nice comments and for your votes! I am super excited about it, and I've been working hard on the next challenge! I can't wait to show you and see what the other girls come up with, too. The projects will be posted on Wednesday!

I used my old button-up shirt to make this cute tank for Anna.

I used this shirt that never fit me quite right to make a sweet little tee for Anna.

Refashion: Yellow Corduroy Skirt

This mustard yellow corduroy skirt that I got at a thrift store was too short for me. I cut it down and made a little skirt for Anna.
